Join Karin Eisen for this unique Yoga Teacher Training Program*. Classes meet one weekend a month for 9 months on Fridays from 6:30 to 9:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 to 5:30pm. Kids Yoga

Kids can benefit from yoga too! This class will teach children how to be balanced and present every day through creativity and laughter. Yoga for Kids uses storytelling, play games to make learning fun. It gives your child an awareness of their bodies and how they move. Ages 3-5...Cost $75
