She travels with her teacher, mentor and friend Seane Corn on Listening and Learning tours to greater understand the the world we live in and how to navigate and teach from a place of authenticity from her experiences. She has been assisting for Seane for over 10 years from whom she continues to learn.
Elle resides in Newtown Boro PA. She loves to travel and explore. Elle's heart is content when her husband, Shawn and grown children Christina and Tyler are all together soaking up all the goodness life has to offer.
"Yoga is about bringing wholeness to the body, mind and spirit. It's about getting connected to one's own self to experience and explore. It is about truth and love and trusting our path. This begins the journey to open the doors for healing so we may have a fulfilled life of wellness, happiness and purpose."
"Let the magic begin.."

Christina Kaplan was raised in the suburban borough of Newtown, Pa as she witnessed her mother's (Elle Kaplan) evolution of becoming a yoga teacher around the turn of the millenium. Meanwhile in 2001, at five-years-old, Christina was struck with an undiagnosable symptom of chronic pain all throughout her body. Growing up, her mother gently instilled yoga and its principles in hopes to offer Christina a tool to manage her pain. Because of the role that Yoga played in her healing process, finally at age eighteen, she began teaching yoga herself.
Christina is deeply inspired by the magical works of the body, mind, and spirit and is grounded in her passion to making a tangible difference in the world. Her extensive yoga studies resume includes: 200-hour YogaWorks Teacher Training; Reiki Level 3 with Rainbows of Healing; Ashtanga Yoga 50-hour Teacher Training with David Swenson; Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release 100-hour Teacher Training with Samdhana Yoga; Leadership Training with Off the Mat, Into the World; in addition to countless trainings/intensives with her greatest inspiration, mentor, and friend, Seane Corn. Christina's education continues at Naropa University in Boulder, Co in the Interdisciplinary Studies program with concentrations of Peace Studies, Visual Art, and Yoga. Now, Christina teaches classes, workshops, facilitates yoga teacher trainings, and retreats around the U.S.
