A little more about us!
Cara Catalano- Co Owner (pictured on the left)
Cara grew up as a competitive dancer and went on to live her dream performing professionally after college. Her journey has taken her across the globe—from dazzling guests at Disney in Japan and dancing on cruise ships to regional theatre stages and even a circus tour! While living in NYC, Cara discovered yoga as a way to support her dance career through strength and flexibility—but it quickly became so much more. She connected deeply with the physical practice and the grounding philosophies of yoga, finding it to be truly transformative for both body and mind.
As the daughter of a small business owner, Cara had always dreamed of running a studio of her own. She’s thrilled to bring that dream to life. Whether you catch her teaching class, working the front desk, or just around the club with a smile, Cara brings energy, passion, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.
Liz Beighley- Co Owner (pictured on the right)
Hey there! I’m Liz Beighley, co owner of The Solebury Club. I’ve spent years working as a fitness instructor and in healthcare, helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident- and it’s been one of the most rewarding parts of my life.
These days, I'm taking a little step back from teaching classes to spend more time with my grandkids (best job ever!) and dive into some of my other passions like gardening and learning more about nutrition. But fitness and wellness are still a huge part of who I am, and that’s why I love owning this gym.
The Solebury Club is more than just a place to work out- its a community. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been at it for years, we’re here to support you, cheer you on, and more sure you feel right at home.
Every step you take at The Solebury Club is a step towards a healthier and happier you. Let us guide you with our expertise and passion. Join us in making each moment count towards your well-being.
The Solebury Club staff have a reputation for being friendly, inspiring and eager to help you achieve your goals in a clean and refreshing environment.

Yoga Instructor/ Co-Owner
After studying dance since the age of 3, Cara instantly connected with yoga when she began practicing in 2007. Throughout her professional dance career, Cara used yoga as a way to gain flexibility, rehab injury and to clear her mind. In May 2017, to deepen her practice and understanding of yoga, she completed the 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Training through Twisters Wellness Center.
Cara’s classes are alignment based and challenging but also light-hearted and fun! She hopes to help people find their own edge, challenge their bodies, find their breath and leave class feeling great! You might notice her dance influence in sequences and flows :)

Courtney first found yoga in 1998 when introduced to Buddhism by a college professor. She has since studied with various teachers through the years which eventually led to obtaining her 200 HR YTT Ashtanga certification in 2019 with Shari Simon at Sun Dog Yoga. She has also spent time sharing her love of learning previously as an English Teacher, and currently works in healthcare. She is a student of yoga first, and a teacher second, as she believes yoga continuously offers more and more of a learning landscape from which to share with others. Her mission in teaching is to open students up to the possibilities within and to help them find that through their practice. Courtney is a lifetime native of the Southeastern PA area, graduated with an MA from Arcadia University, and currently residing in Central Bucks County. Outside of yoga, she can be found having adventures with her son, exploring and appreciating all the various parks in the region.

No cookie cutter routines here! Over his own training, Kevin experienced a few setbacks, so he is no stranger to having to get back into the gym after time off. Everyone can use some personal training to learn something new and be pushed a little harder!
