I love movement more than anything in the world. For me, it's always about quality over quantity. Learning and teaching fundamental movement skills is what I do best, and I practice the art of movement every single day. When I'm not training or practicing, I'm typically studying or researching ways to improve the way that I train or practice. Movement is an art. Training is a science. In my experience, meshing the two together is the best way to continuously improve. With this philosophy, I aim to find a balance between form and function with each and every one of my clients.
