Kevin believes the only person you have to compete against was the person you were yesterday. He recognizes that everyone has different goals and abilities so the workout needs to fit the person. No cookie cutter routines here! Over his own training, Kevin experienced a few setbacks, so he is no stranger to having to get back into the gym after time off. Everyone can use some personal training to learn something new and be pushed a little harder! -

FCS CertifiedI love movement more than anything in the world. For me, it's always about quality over quantity. Learning and teaching fundamental movement skills is what I do best, and I practice the art of movement every single day. When I'm not training or practicing, I'm typically studying or researching ways to improve the way that I train or practice. Movement is an art. Training is a science. In my experience, meshing the two together is the best way to continuously improve. With this philosophy, I aim to find a balance between form and function with each and every one of my clients.
